Quick reference
More than 24 hours out
Cancel or reschedule freely. Full refund on cancellation.
Within 24 hours
Self-service cancel and reschedule are locked. Please contact us directly — cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule any session through the Manage Booking page or by clicking the "reschedule" link in your booking confirmation email.
- More than 24 hours before your session: Reschedule as many times as you need, no fee.
- Within 24 hours of your session: Please call or email us directly — we'll do our best to fit you in.
Cancellations & refunds
- More than 24 hours before your session: Full refund, no questions asked. Processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Within 24 hours of your session: Non-refundable. You are welcome to reschedule the session to a future date (see above).
- No-shows: Treated as a same-day cancellation — non-refundable.
If you start late
We'll do our best to extend your recording time to make up for a late start. If another podcast is booked right after you, we may need to end on time to reset the room and equipment.
If you know you'll be significantly delayed, please call us as soon as possible — rescheduling may be the better option.
Going over your booked time
We'll give you a heads-up 5 minutes before your session ends.
- If there's no client booked immediately after you, we'll let you run over by up to 15 minutes at no charge.
- Anything beyond those 15 minutes is billed at the 30-minute rate for your service tier, charged after the session.
- If there's a session booked after yours, we'll need to end on time so the next client isn't impacted.
If we have to cancel
This is rare, but in the event of an emergency, equipment failure, or any other reason we can't host your session, we'll contact you immediately to either:
- Reschedule to the next available slot of your choice, OR
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for cancellations caused by events outside reasonable control — natural disasters, power outages affecting the broader area, government-mandated closures, etc. In those cases we'll work with you to reschedule once we're operational again.
